No. There is no required monthly fee to MH Media after your website is paid for. Website Care is optional. Domain and hosting are separate infrastructure costs unless specifically included in your proposal.

Yes. After final payment, the website belongs to you and you are never required to stay with MH Media. Website Care is available only if you want ongoing help with updates and maintenance.

Website Care is an optional ongoing service for clients who want MH Media to continue handling technical maintenance, monitoring, analytics, and minor text, photo, link, and existing-page updates. Larger changes, new pages, redesigns, integrations, and custom functionality are quoted separately.

Every website includes SEO foundations such as page titles, descriptions, heading structure, sitemap setup, image alt text, Search Console, and local-business setup where appropriate. Ongoing SEO campaigns or guaranteed rankings are not included unless separately agreed.

Most small-business websites can typically be completed in about 1–2 weeks once the needed content and materials are available. Timing depends on the size and complexity of the project, as well as how quickly feedback and approvals are provided. We’ll agree on a realistic timeline before work begins.
